I feel like for music beginners, homophonic vs polyphonic is a tricky matter at times, and an easy pitfall, which is why I'm really concerned and frustrated. My explanation would be the song is mostly homophonic, but with some polyphonic segments. Would I be correct, or am I wrongly picking melodies, and it is only ever homophonic?
